Description & Application:
The stainless steel cable glands with spiral strain relief (also known as spiral stainless steel cable glands) are protective components used at the connection between cables and equipment. Their main features include preventing excessive bending of the cable, providing a waterproof seal, and being made of stainless steel. They utilize a special spring or flexible structure to cushion and distribute stress on the cable at the outlet, while ensuring the sealing and stability of the cable connection. They consist of a stainless steel body, a spiral protector, a seal, a plastic insert, an o-ring and a locknut.
They have the key features of strong tensile strength, high sealing performance, corrosion resistance, good security and stability, sustainable submersion and long service life, so they are often used for the following fields:
